How do I track my order?

Tracking numbers are always sent via email once your order has shipped. If you placed an order with an account, login and head over to your Ounce account and select "My Orders" to review your order status. If your order has shipped, your tracking number should be available.

Can I cancel, update, or change my order?

Our team works hard to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Most orders are processed the next business day. If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please email us at hello@shopounce.com and we will do our best to help you.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $75.

when will I receive my order?

US national shipping can take anywhere from 3-7 days, depending on the preferred shipping method selected at checkout. International shipping can take up to 15 days or more.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Yes! Please stay tuned for an updated list of international countries we ship to.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Full priced items are eligible for returns within 14 days of receiving your product. We do not provide return labels.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage
  • Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (box, cards, and pouch included)
  • No individual item of a pair or set can be returned for a refund, store credit, and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set.
What is your exchange policy?

We do not offer online exchange services at this time.

If you have a change of heart about an item you ordered, you may return it for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order and place a new order for the item you would like.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. Return labels are not provided at this time. Items must be wrapped and packaged so there is no damage when we receive your return.

How much is the return shipping fee?

We do not provide return labels. Any return shipments costs will not be reimbursed.

When will I receive my refund?

Please note that your return will be processed within 7 business days from the time we receive it in our warehouse. Once your refund has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email.

I sent the wrong item for return. What now? Can I get it back?

We cannot reship items that have been returned by mistake. Please make sure to send back the correct and complete item/items for your return.

Jewelry Care

How do I take care of my jewelry?

All our jewelry is produced with superior plating thickness to achieve a higher quality look and longer wear.

We strongly recommend avoiding any contact with water with your jewelry on.

Taking your jewelry off when showering, bathing, or swimming in bodies of water such as pools, hot tubs, hot springs, and the oceans will keep the plating on your jewelry for longer.

Keeping fragrances, hair sprays, sunscreen, and other chemicals off your jewelry is the best way to keep it long-lasting, clean, and shiny.

Do I need to clean my jewelry?

Cleaning your jewelry is recommended. In between wears, gently wipe off any chemical residues, sweat, oil, or water with a soft cloth. DO NOT rub or polish too hard as doing so may affect the plating. Avoid using conventional jewelry cleaners as the chemical solutions may have the opposite effect and rub off the metal plating.

How should I store my jewelry?

Your jewelry should be stored separately in an air-tight container, away from any exposure to sunlight, warm places, bathrooms, or humid areas.
